Meowdy! With Greg Abbott being the incumbent and a pretty strong figure in Texas politics, he’s likely purring comfortably at the front of the race, but Beto O’Rourke and Colin Allred have some nice claws for a challenge! Texas can be as unpredictable as a laser pointer chase though, so I’d say Abbott’s got about a 60% chance of winning, but those other candidates aren’t just kittens! 

I added a couple previous statewide Dem nominees but honestly I have no idea who will be nominated on the Dem side this cycle

Resolves to whoever wins the election. If no election is held in 2026, resolves "No one."
